I ordered pen blank supplies from their Steebar website June ,2017. They took my 52.00 that afternoon,but no supplies after multiple unanswered calls and emails . Same story as above.They have the same pattern over and over again.A class action suit should be filed by our respective state atty generals.SETTLEMENT:PRODUCTS DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY OR CREDIT CARD RECREDITED TO MY ACCT, AND WEBSITE TO BE TAKEN DOWN SO OTHERS WILL NOT BE SCAMMED.

Review: I purchased some items from Steebar on Dec. 6th for Christmas. Here it is new yrs eve and I have not received my package, nor can I get in touch with the business. But the company still managed to bill me. I am very discouraged. I got ripped off and didn't even get to provide my family with their Christmas presents.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. Also if possible, I would like the products I ordered with no charge to me.

Review: on Nov 22 2013 I placed an order for a clock kit from clockkit.com. As of 12/26/13 I still have not received my order. I received an email from them on 11/22/13 stating the order confirmation with an order#64948. On 11/25/13 I received another email stating that my order status was awaiting fulfillment. Then I received an email on 12/2/13 that stated that my order was now awaiting shipment. Thats the last I"ve heard from them. On 12/11/13 I sent them an email requesting if there was a problem and I got no responce. The total cost was $17.87 that they got from me.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped or a full refund.

Review: Product was ordered and paid for on or about 16 June 2013. Several attempts to contact them have been made, but no one answers the telephone.Desired Settlement: To deliver what was ordered or to refund the charges.

Review: I placed an order with Pen Making Supplies a Steebar Company on 10-Jan-2015 and when the order was sent out two items were put on back order. The company stated on the invoice that the items on back order would be sent out in 8 days, I have not yet received them. I have tried to call them and the phone just keeps on ringing and no one answers. I have sent 3 emails and no reply has been sent to me. I either want the two items or a refund.

Review: On or about 7/19/13 I ordered a clock kit from Steebar.com. Since then I have contacted them twice about not receiving the product. Everytime I talk to them they give me the run around. The purchase was made over the internet using my credit card. I haven't received my monthly statement yet so I don't know if they have charged me. I can't help but think I have been scammed. The order number for the kit is [redacted]. The kit included clock parts and plans for building the clock.Desired Settlement: I would love th receive the kit but I don't even think the have such a kit. I think I would be happy to just part ways with the company with no loss of money..

Review: I order 2 Gallons of Liqiud Glass Wood Finish on June 27 2014. On July 1st I called to see when it would be shipped I was told it would be shipped later that afternoon. I haven't received a tracking number or notice as to when it will shipped.

I have made numerous calls since to 3 phone numbers, [redacted] it just rings with no answer. [redacted] is to a cell phone no one answer just says that the mail box is full. The thrid number [redacted] does not ring.Desired Settlement: I would like a response as to why no one asnswers either my phone call and or my emails. I want the return of my money.

Review: I ordered a clock face and hands from Steebar LLC and the original e-mail response stated that my order had been shipped! However, after the authorized amount had cleared my bank, the order was immediately put in to an "awaiting shipment" status. After several days waiting for a change in status and numerous checks to the websites order status option, no changes were made. As of today, March 19, 2015, they have their money as well as my PAID for items, and I have nothing. I have consulted with my financial institution and they have disputed charges as well as canceling my credit card. I made numerous calls to Steebar LLC at ([redacted] and received no answer, only a message that the CELLULAR customer I am calling is unavailable. I can't even vent my frustration via voicemail.Desired Settlement: I want the funds returned in the form of certified check, cashiers check or money order.

Review: I ordered a clockkit from www.clockkit.com on 19th november 2013. I receved a confirmation email showing that the Merchant Name is STEEBAR LLC, their email address is [redacted] and phone number is 9[redacted]. However, I never recived an email to indicate a date that the order would be dispatched. I therefore tried to contact the company - the numbers do not work. the emails have not been replied to. I have not received anything other than the confirmation email on the day I ordered the kit. There are many complains online from peopel hving the same issue of this company taking your money and not providing the goods ordered.Desired Settlement: This company should not be allowed to get away with this. Many people have experienced this fraud frm them of them.[redacted]

Review: I ordered a clock insert from Steebar, Item Number BFU-1716-AWA, in June of 2012. Within a couple of months the clock began losing time. I had a local jewler replace the battery in the clock but it has continued to lose time, more than an hour a day. At the time I ordered this clock, Steebar had a 5-year warranty for it posted on their website. I have a copy of that warranty. I cannot reach Steebar either by phone or e-mail. If the clock cannot be replaced, I would like a full refund in the amount of $14.35. I do not understand how a company involved in interstate commerce can continue operation under such shady business practices.Desired Settlement: Either replacement with a working clock insert or a full refund

Review: I ordered clock parts online from this company. Over two weeks later, I cannot contact them, and they have processed my order. I have tried calling and emailing, with no results. If they are truly out of business, how is it they can still collect my money?Desired Settlement: Either refund my money in full or ship my product.

Review: I ordered an item on May 8, 2014. The money was debited from my account. The order # is: [redacted] and still says "awaiting shipment" and all correspondence has been ignored. It has been almost 2 full months since I placed the order.Desired Settlement: I want my money BACK.

Review: on 09-14-13 I placed an order for the following:1 antique style peppermill mechanism (PK-1148) $10.951 premium case housing coffee grinder mechanism 6"x6"x4" (PK-1147) $14.95total bill WAS 36.45 and was paid thru [redacted] & charged to my [redacted] credit card.I received both items but wasn't satisfied with the coffee grinder because it was poorly made.On 10-03-14 I submitted a return request email stating I wanted to return the PK-1147 premium case housing coffee grinder mechanism because I wasn't satisfied with the product and requested store credit. I wasn't able to request a monetary refund.On 10-03-14 I received a Confirmation for Return Request for Order ID# [redacted] from [redacted]. It stated the return reason, return action, return item but nothing else.On approximately 10-07-14 I called [redacted] which was the phone number listed on the [redacted] Supply website. A guy answered the phone as [redacted] with Steebar. I gave a brief explanation of the above. [redacted] stated there was one coffee grinder that had been discontinued and I stated I had received the coffee grinder mechanism that I had ordered but wanted to return it because it was poorly made. At that time [redacted] stated they were in the process of changing post offices, stated he would look into my return request, got my phone number and hung up on me.On 10-13-14 I hadn't had any further contact so called [redacted] and got voice mail. I left my name, phone number, and brief explanation of why I was calling. I also sent an email to [redacted] giving all of the above information. On 10-15-14 I still haven't had received a return phone or email in response to the above. I again called [redacted] and had to leave a voice mail which I did.At this point I did a search on internet for [redacted] Supplied & Steebar.I read many many reviews on Steebar which were very negative and was directed to this website to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: [redacted]The only settlement that I want is a refund of the cost of the premium cast housing coffee grinder mechanism.

Review: I believe the company is out of business. But they took my money. I've been calling, emailing for about 2 weeks now. But they keep taking orders!Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. And for the website to be taken down.

Review: Ordered three items from Steebar, two were delivered on, or around 8-20-13 and one item was said to be back ordered, with an expected delivered in one week. I emailed Steebar twice and asked for an expected delivered time for the back ordered item. No response from Steebar.

Invoice order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted with an update as to the delivery of my item, or if they don't what my business, then I want my money returned!!

Review: I ordered clock quartz movements and hands 20th July 2013 and on my statement they said awaiting shipment the order # is [redacted] was paid by [redacted] the amount is 79.06 was paid. I tried calling and writing 11/8/2013 Never heard from them and never received the merchandise. Hope you can help meDesired Settlement: The amount that I paid $79.06 certified check

Review: Placed an order the afternoon of August 19th.

Credit card was charged the afternoon of August 20th.

Emailed the morning of August 27th with no response.

Called the morning of August 29th and reached a man who assured me my order would ship soon. At this point, my card has been charged and they have not shipped.

Emailed the evening of August 29th using both email and their website's email client. Shortly after, my order status changed to "Partially shipped". No tracking information provided.

Emailed again using website's email client to question the status of my order again September 4th. Called shortly after and reached a man who informed me my order had shipped and he would email me tracking information that night. No tracking information was provided.

Called again September 5th and reached the same individual who informed me yet again my order had shipped and that he would provide me with shipping information that evening. Further phone calls indicate their offices are closed for the day, and no shipping information has been provided to me.

Countless attempts to reach them have met with no answer and false promises of tracking information with no reasonable assurance that my order is in fact coming. This entire time, they have been in possession of my money and have not provided what they have promised to me.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund in full or my delivery shipped very swiftly.

Review: I ordered a clock kit on 11/15/15. I paid $43.10. My order number is [redacted]. On 11/23/15 I sent an email asking for the tracking number as I still had not received my order. The reply I received was the following....[redacted],I'm really sorry about the delay. Our supplier of the hands had a fire and has been scrabbling. They finally shipped last we and we expect them to arrive tomorrow. Upon receipt we will ship you order immediately !! Thanks for understandingJohn I have sent several emails since then asking for a refund and to cancel my order. I have called multiple times as well. I have not received a response and no one will pick up the phone and I am not able to leave a message.Desired Settlement: I would like my order cancelled and a full refund of $43.10

Review: Completed an order online for a clock on 2-9-2014, received an email explaining order was complete and was awaiting shipment. To this date the order has not been shipped and no attempt to contact the company has been successful. This has included numerous phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: Due to this being an order I actually desire, I would still like to have the order. Barring that, I believe a refund would be in order.
