A great company with great customer service! Recently I ordered parts from Steeda to upgrade my 2012 Fusion Sport. This included an upgraded suspension (lowering springs and rear swaybar), CAI and tuner. The reps at Steeda were extremely helpful and provided great advice based on what I was looking for. Their support staff was readily accessible as well, even on the weekend! The products were shipped timely and after installation, I will say I am blown away with the results! Great performance and a noticeable difference in my car's performance. This is a great company, their products do not disappoint, and most importantly they take very good care of their customers.
12/17/15 ordered a STEEDA STREET REAR SWAYBAR. I signed for the fedex delivery of the box 12/19/15. Gave to my son for his Christmas present 12/22/15. When he opened the box, the only thing in the box was packing paper and a packing list, NO PARTS AT ALL. The box showed no signs of tampering, or previous opening. The only thing Performance Auto Group, Steeda was willing to do was take my photos and send for a fedex investigation. Wait for the results, to decide what steps to take next. If I wanted the part I ordered quicker, it was suggested that I purchase another one, for another $149.95. After the investigation, they would reimburse my original $149.95. No thank you. I called PAYPAL and filed a claim for reimbursement. STEEDA DOES NOT STAND FOR SPEED!
Purchased IRS bushings for my 2015 they eliminated most of the axle hop!
