This a poor way to do businessHow in the hell am I supposed to inspect a roof for errors by their installersI am not paying a dime for them to look at my building to assess there incompetence and then have to pay labor and materials to fix their screw upI AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THERE SOLUTION

Complaint: 12678141 Attached, please see warranty information regarding tubing and sheeting. The warranty is against rust and corrosion on framing and sheeting, warranted by the steel mill, which we pass along to the customer. Our company has a day warranty on workmanship. As with any home or structure, general maintenance is required. As mentioned in the earlier reply, the installer was sent out past the day period and on 5/8/17, Mr*** signed off that he was satisfied. If Mr*** has a different warranty that I am not aware of, please forward to me so I can address. As noted in earlier response, if he he would like someone to look at the building and give him a quote to replace the roof, he will need to pay a service call fee, as the building has been up for over year and out of workmanship warranty. We are in receipt of Mr*** complaint. On 2-13-17, Mrs*** sent an email stating that she was rushed through the inspection as noted in the Revdex.com complaint. On 2-16-17, the installer was sent to address issues and Misty Cooley spoke with Mr*** who stated the issues were
resolved. Mr*** called back on 3-16-complaining about missing screws, ridge cap not lining up with roof. A parts order was made for some trim and ridge cap. The installer who errected the building was to be the one to make the repairs. There were weather delays and installer delays, but the final repairs were made on 5-8-17. Please see attachment, signed by customer. We have had no calls or email documented since 5-8-and past the time frame for additional repairs. I will check with the factory and management to see if they are willing to send someone to look at the building and see if problems are a warranty issue.
