I purchased a 25xbuilding from steel buildings and garages back in AugustIt was an unusual size and heightI feel I got a good deal in the garage and Mark A [redacted] was greatThe only issue Ive had is that it leaks around the baseI would recommend putting garage door sealer under the frame workThe building is sound and looks goodThe installer were very nice and worked hard to make it look rightI have since ordered another 20xunit from them and it is expected to be installed in months at my requestAgain I feel I got a good dealI installed 10xdoors as wellNot sure I like that as they are a little big for what they are made ofBut still even at that they work great and look niceI read reviews on this company and on Mark prior to buying the buildingThe reviews were not always goodAfter meeting with Mark he did a lot better job on the sales pitch, showing me materials and samples than did the other guysI decided to stick my neck out and go with themAfter the contract was signed they stayed in touch with me and had a web site I could go to to check the progress of my buildingthey made sure that everything was the way I wanted itA great company so farI would and did use them again

After having a salesman come into our home and disrespect us you couldn't GIVE us a garage from this companyMy husband didn't want to jump on a $10,garage tonight so they wanted to get rude and the man was VERY disrespectful to be in our home! Supposedly have a store coming to our area and we will make sure no friends, family, or acquaintances buy from them! Recorded a conversation WITHOUT consent or notification...picked apart different phone calls to get what they wanted out of itAWFUL COMPANY!!!! If you're not ready to write a check for $10,000-$20,without a blink you're a waste of their time

Review: This involves breach of contract and quality of product of a 20'X30' steel carport and storage room. The total roof was to be insulated, only the 10'X20' storage room roof is insulated. The local building inspector rejected the building as being "half done" because there are insufficient number of screws/bolts attaching the back panels, the fascia and the trim. The quality issues are: some of the material was replaced with scrap material; the storage room back roof panels were cut so that they do not overlap the back wall (the floor is wet after rain); there are empty screws holes in some of the back wall panels; each side fascia is made up of four short panels and the back fascia consists of two pieces of metal on each side of the gable (one side is now distorted); all trim at windows and doors contains insufficient screws attaching it to the building. Several neighbors say the building is not square. I have called and sent several e-mails to the business location at 355 Industrial Park Drive, Boone, NC with all of the above concerns. Twice I was told someone would come down and correct the problems--no one comes, no one calls.Desired Settlement: Replace the building with one that COMPLETELY meets builder specs and the county building inspector or refund of ALL of my money plus any legal fees that may arise out of settlement of this issue.
