For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I can’t dispute if or not that it is USDA certified.? I was sold that the meat was top choice grade.? Is it certified as top choice grade?? I have been a Quality Assurance Manager for over years and it is my job to inspect food products and the actual product was commercial or utility grade “NOT TOP CHOICE GRADE” as I was sold.? If I was sold that it was top choice grade you should stand behind your product.? Is it your practice to not respond to your Customers?? The owner and salesman both told me they would send out a driver to resolve the situation and after calls to Steel City Meats I have received no resolution Regards, [redacted]

The food is awesome we have a lot of satursfiee customers unfortunately people buy the food and then realize they can’t afford it so they try to blame the quality of the food !! Notice how they bought in December but didn’t make a complaint till January !! And didn’t report till March !! The food is great

The meat is USDA Choice and is USDA inspected on all the boxes you received it clearly states what kind of beef it is !! I can issue you a replacement because the food is awesome and we have a lot of repeat buyers !! Let me know if you would like me to replace them to satisfy you and you can let us know how that case is !

First time we have heard about this I will give her a call today to resolve the issue

All our steaks have a USDA certified stamp on them everything we carry is labeled and inspected !! Thank you very much
