They were professional, trustworthy, courteous, and very reasonable when it came to price They both educated me on my issue, what could have caused various problems, and how to check in the future for further problems I only came across Rick and Jamie after being misled by another roofer who had led me to believe my entire roof needed to be replaced Steel City Roofers informed me that my current roof should last at least another years and only had minor damage in one area Rick fixed what needed to be addressed and stayed in contact with me until I could see that the work was finished to my satisfaction If you need a roofer, you will not regret calling them
