Dear [redacted] ,I am responding to [redacted] Complaint, I spoke with the GM at the Chevy store and he informed me that any mechanical issues with the vehicle have been resolvedWe addressed all issues with the vehicle right away. We just can't take people out of vehicles and put them in another one, that is why they come with a warranty from the manufacturer. If a mistake is made than we fix them that is all we can do.Thank youCindy C***

I am rejecting this response because:This is not a convenience issueThe vehicle is clearly defective based on the fact that the dealership had to replace multiple parts within one month of ownershipI asked the dealership to rectify the issue by replacing the faulty vehicle within weeks of ownership (which can be done because we have seen it before) which they said they cannot doAs a consumer giving $60,to not only a dealership but to a brand I expect to have a product that is functional with no problems when it is newWe have been brand loyal to Chevrolet for years now and have had excellent customer service at other dealerships and good experience with the products but this experience has completely eliminated my brand loyaltyThe issue is at hand is not a convenience issue as *** *** suggestsIt’s a safety issue being the brakes having problemsWe are still having problems with the vehicle and clearly will need to go to another dealership for rectificationI hold true to my original statement that Jerry’s Chevrolet is negligent and incapable of representing the Chevrolet brand as a dealership.

Dear *** ***,My new General Manager met with *** *** *** on Wednesday October 11, 2017, he apologized for our employees dropping the ball and not handling the situation properlyHe said he had ordered the Vehicle from a dealer in Oklahoma and we offered to do courtesy Sealant on his car
when he finalizes his purchase. He appeared to understand and said he would come to our facility for service. I do sincerely apologize for our employees and this should not happen to anyone in the market to purchase or order a vehicle. Thank youCindy C***
