class="aQJ" data-term="goog_822565766" tabindex="0" "border-bottom-width: 1px; border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom- position: relative; top: 2px; z-index: -1;">1 for our employees to have a lunch breakI told him where his trailer was but did not know his trailer was in the mudHe did know that it was lunch break & that all the guys in back were at lunchHe did not come back to the office to tell me so I could deal with the problemCustomers are not aloud in the shop due to Insurance policy'sWhen I asked this gentleman's wife why he did not come back up to me she had no answer*** did not become violentHe got up from his stool & dropped his lunch box & asked the guy why he was interrupting their lunchBut he did get a machine out & help him outHe was not happy but he did not do what these people saidThere is only a door between the shop & showroom & there was no noise coming from itI had another customer in the showroom at the time & neither one of us heard anythingI did not know anything until this guys wife called & yelled at meShe would not even stop yelling to let me talk & when I had another customer walk in I told her that & told her I had to go since she would not even listenI did not hang up on her*** also did not do any screamingLike I said the customer I had & I would have heard thatShe threatened to make a police report so I contacted the local police Dept& talked to the ChiefExplained everything and he told me there was not anything this couple could do.I did not deserve the way she yelled at me for minutes.
Especially when nothing really happened & not the way this gentleman said

The response from Steel Design, Inc is not true. I have never complained about a business in my life, but this confrontation was so violent that I felt the need to warn others. The women who responded to the complaint was not there to witness so how can she explain what happened. *** did throw his lunch box and did become violent. I have absolutely no resaon to make up this story and take the time to file a complaint if this did not happen. I am not surprised that the incident was down played. A mere apology or explanation from the company would have been sufficient but I guess that is out of the question. Thank you for your time and effort

If the consumer wants an Apology Then I think we need one also. For what his wife did to me on the phone and the guys getting interrupted at lunch. 
I don't think Michael & his wife will do it though so maybe the whole thing should just be dropped. Stress wise they should just move on. They already 
told us they will not come in to have work done by us.
