paid for product with master card, received no product
bought steel fingers support, large right hand on their website 2/9/2020. paid with a master card $21.95 plus $8.95 shipping. have not received anything. tried their website phone number many times. its always busy. emailed them twice. no response.
email response saying what the problem is. out of stock?, backlog of orders? shipping date? are you out of business?
Will not answer phone or emails. No way to contact and will not accept returns.
Ordered a product that will not work and would like to return it. However, there seems to be no way to contact this seller. Telephone always has busy signal and seller will not respond to emails.

Since ordering product company has not shipped the product, but was quick to take my money. Cannot get a hold of anyone at the company.
This company seems to be operating on a shoe string budget. They seem to be incapable of shipping ordered products to customers. Ordered a product since September 2, 2017. Tried contacting the company, but nobody answers the phone. Poor email; nobody responds to any inquiries. This company will not be in business for long.
