American Home Shield sent Moore Air out to my property on June 22, Moore Air technician said that he thinks it’s the compressor and it should be fixed within 5-days Moore Air did NOT submit a report to the home warranty company until days later In their report to AHS, they stated they didn’t know what was wrong and asked AHS to send out a different vendor Well the new vendor they sent out has now asked Moore to do the job because they didn’t want to complete it (another complaint I will file) However, if Moore doesn’t know what the hell is wrong then why would they then say they’ll finish the job This company knows that this job hasn’t been completed now for days in AZ heat and has yet to reach back out to us or home warranty! This needs to be fixed in the next hours! They need to pay for the service fee from the home warranty and any extra work that would be billed to us They should not be reaccepting a job they couldn’t handle in the beginning They should’ve solved the problem then if they knew what was wrong instead of making the customer suffer I am weeks pregnant sleeping on an air mattress downstairs as I can overheat in my bedroom that is degrees

Company was paid to installation of 6" gutter's on home with the best gutter guards available called the HelmetCompany promised that there was no problem regarding where the different angles of the roof joinThey were experts in dealing with thisWhen l was inside they convinced my husband that we didn't need the Helmet guards and installed a cheap gutter guardThey left bolts and screws all over the yardThe downspouts weren't attached into the house and the elbow were loseAfter the first rainfall the gutter's overflowed no water was running out of the downspoutThey have came back twice and still the problems weren't solvedThey have a year warranty on workmanship and year's on the gutter'sNow they want another to come back and fix the problems

Had intermittent problems with my AC in this AZ heat so I notified my home warranty company I was referred to Moore Air Steven assured me I could operate it safely until he could arrive the next morning With the temps being so high it was obvious that this company had a busy schedule In the meantime..if it quit cooling totally...then call him back
He arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem..provided instructions on how to maintain it that increases the efficiency and saves money!
Very professional and knowledgeable I would highly recommend Moore Air to anyone who needs his service You seriously won't be disappointed

weeks ago, we had a steel roof put on our house The product is great We paid cash Service was paid in full As of today, we haven't received a receipt from him There have been several phone calls made to him asking for the receipt The latest call was that he told my husband that he sent in the paperwork for the warranty We only have days to submit this My husband called Metro, they indicated they have no paperwork for our warranty My husband called Steel Shield again today Owner said he will mail a receipt to us My husband said no, I will come pick it up this weekend, the guy insisted he will mail it We are very concerned, no receipt, no information to send in for warranty, time frame is ticking Something is not right My Mom is having the same issue with him She had her roof put on a couple weeks before us, she has no receipt
I am never disappointed in the prompt response, efficient and professional services rendered I am pleased that his service doesn't break the bank

I originally located Moore Air after seeing the referral on KLOVE I had a fan installed for only $new, when my previous A/C guy had charged me $for a used one previously (and he was a friend of a friend) I prefer to have Christian contractors and Steve and his employees are very kind, friendly, skilled and professional This was my second call to them and was informed I could replace the compressor or opt for a new unit Since my unit is over years old and I have replaced to fan motors and now this, I opted for a new one with years warranty on parts I couldn't believe the price was so low which included a crane, stand, and a climb to my second story I am so thankful I found Moore My son and his wife had their AC replaced by Moore, too, and were very pleased with the price and especially the workers I thank God when I find such people, and KLOVE, thank you, too

A few weeks ago , my air condition was not working properlyThe thermostat showed it was on at degrees but house temp was still Moore air was called to fix problemThey came came out and problem was resolved or so we thought, we even paid extra to get new thermostatSunday 7-22-about weeks after they fixed it I noticed the same issueThey came out again the following Monday said they "gaged" it and should be fineIt is still degrees in my home and today when they were called they did not come out but said there was a leakMy issue is when they initially came out there was no mention of a leak nor was it said when they came back MondayI feel like we were charged close to $knowing there would still be an issue with my AC unitIm going through chemo and can not be in house with no ac after appointments it affects my healthI was under the impression all was taken care of after their first visit, not that we paid so much to have air for weeks
I would like to warn others about this companyThey are contracted with my home warranty company, since we were told we needed to use someone that they contracted with we used Moore AirThe first time we call them, it was June 2ndThey did not have an emergency # to call, so we were forced to leave a message as well as the message sent over by the warranty companyIt took several hours to hear back and when we did the tech could not come out until the following day (06/03/17)We had to pay for a hotel so we had somewhere to stay overnightThe tech came out the next day and our AC had frozen over againHe left and said he would be back sometime laterI had to call a couple times throughout the stuck in our house that was 90+ degrees to wait for himHe came back finally later that afternoon and simply added Freon to the unit and leftHE DID NO REPAIR! He told my husband and I that he had added a leak detecting sealer in the AC, and he would come back again in a day or two to check it to see if he could find where the leak was coming from(HE NEVER DID) days later (06/09/17) our AC was low on freon AGAINand stopped working.This time we waited hours with no air and no where to stay, before I finally heard back from the owner on (06/10/2017) and after several messages pleading for a responseI finally told them I was filing a complaint and got a call back after I complained to my warranty company about their lack of a timely responseThis time the owner came outHe was at our house on the phone with someone else, for about minutesHe said he added freon to the unit and he suggested we have him replace the unit for $5000-$AFTER WARRANTY paid there partEXCUSE ME!? I shared my concerns on my social media account (not providing this companies information) I was warned that this price was VERY high for the kind of unit that they were suggesting, by many friends who work in this fieldI contacted my warranty company to see if I could pay someone else to do the work and if they could just pay me what ever they were going to contributeThey said YesI had the owner of another AC company come to my house yesterday (6/13/17) to give me a second opinion on the work that was needed or if the unit needs to be replaced, he advised me many thingsthe unit was never cleaned, repairedNO one had used any type of sealant to check for leaksCoils were never checked for leaksNo repair of any kind had been done OTHER THAN FREONMoore air wanted to charge me nearly double the cost for the same New AC unit as the other companies in town
I called Moore air this morning when I listened to the messages I had from the Second Opinion, to let them know that were low on freon for the 3rd time in less than weeks, and I needed them to come back outThe first time I called I was unable to leave a message as the mailbox was fullI called again a couple hours later and left a messageI finally heard back after 12pm, that they could not come out without my warranty company providing them a dispatch #(the Warranty company said they did not need one since they had been out before for the same issue)I called the warranty company to request that they issue the dispatch number anyway, and waited for a call backI finally called Moore Air back and expressed my concerns about the lack of repairs and that I needed a timely response or I would file a formal complaintHe called me right backHe said he would not "argue" (we weren't arguing) with me over the services done, and he was sorry that he could not make me happy, (really!? I just wanted the AC fixed at my house, the first or even the second time)I maintained my calm but frustrated stance that, they had not completed repairs but patched the situation with ONLY Freon until I could get a new AC, and then said they would be contacting the warranty company to let them know they would NOT be coming back to service our unit and he would have someone else sent out, (even though they were paid already)I called the warranty company again myself and told them he said he would be calling to request someone else do the work, The warranty company NEVER GOT A CALLThey understood my now extreme frustration and contacted another company to come to our house to repair our ACThey also advised me that I do not need to have this new company complete the install of a new unit, but that at least they could repair the leaks until a new unit can be installed
I was very nice, kind and understanding about all the wasted time waiting around, on the phone with the first two visits, all I wanted was my AC repaired, and a cool place for my small kidsThis company refused to work with me after I my expression of frustration over the work not being doneI never yelled, raised my voice, said anything to him that was untrueI am completely disheartened by how little integrity some people have
