Our unit HOA has been using JE Brown for probably 15-years getting yearly maintenance on our boilerThey have always been great, boiler continues to work, no problemsThis past month, they came to do the monthly servicingI opened up the room for the service person, and when he was done he notified me he was finished and I closed the garage doorA week or so later, I went down to adjust the heat, and noticed this huge mess of black and rusty residue along with his boot marks tracking from the boiler room out the garageI called the office and the woman who answered was extremely rude, had no solutions to offer, and I had to tell her we wanted it cleaned up right awayThe soonest she could send someone was a weekA week later, the guy shows up, took one look at how bad it was, and said he was not prepared and did not have equipment to clean itAgain, I was the one that had to call the rude woman, who again could not send anyone for another weekThis is the worst customer service I have experienced while living in SF for yearsTerrible attitude considering they created the problemOhh, and yes, I had already sent my payment before I found the messA unit is going on the market and we could not wait another weekI had to hire someone else who charged $The result was that it needed power washing and a strong de-greaserI don't know what happened to JE Brown, but it was a different person than who has serviced us in the past Needless to say we will not be using them, and I will post other reviews on sites where I can show the photos
