I recently had an entire new roof put on by *** and his very nice crew I was most pleased with the job they did They were very neat, came to work each day at the stated time AND started right away They worked together like a finely tuned machine, methodically but not rushed The cost was comparable to others, and in some cases even better I highly recommend this company

He dug up a driveway and put down dirt, no finishing. The entire property remains dirt, no top soil or seed and was not properly graded. We have deep holes everywhere. The pad did fail inspection because the trailer could not be delivered. We contracted with ** *** to finish the job Top Quality would not. Top Quality claims he spread the dirt which is totally false. *** at ** *** can attest to that. We paid them to do it in an emergency situation because the trailer was about to be deliveredTop Quality has since reached out to us by phone with threats and derogatory name callingSee pictures attached of the shabby work

Phone response - I reached out to the ***, explained my position after asking what it would take to solve their issueI believe there is nothing owed on either sideThe driveway was not top coated with Limestone, as I recommended they wait until all the trucks were done, and the driveway could
settle, the it could be done at an additional costthey did not pay for the top coat in our original agreementMost of the work was done before the survey because they were in a rushThe pad actually did pass inspection, but gravel needed to be spread to allow the truck to deliver the home, which they paid for and I spread it at no charge

[redacted] and his team did a fantastic job rebuilding our garage after a recent storm. [redacted] is extremely professional and his work is truly Top Quality. He maintained communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Top Quality Construction.
