Hi, I am sorry that we ‘ve got wrong customer. It is different customer and it is different case. When started to install his vanity right after his sheetrock had done. Once we finished wefound water leak and reported to them. His brother was there and knew what was goingon. We did not make water leak but found it when  we install cabinets . Then we pulled out newvanity and wait till they fix water then reinstall as they requested. [redacted] (his wife )came to finalize kitchen design and apologized for complaint from hishusband as she knew it is not our fault. Her phone number is ###-###-####. As far as handles, she picked handles and said she will think about that then let meknow. Then she never called me to confirm ordering or installation till I receivedletter from Revdex.com. If she called to confirm then we will definitely charge it andschedule time to install. I don’t remember if she talked doors adjustment or shoe missing,  but if she did, we should have done it earlierinstead of waiting so long.  It is easy for her to call us to schedule it. Please ask her if she called or not. (Icalled them today and either answered phone)Her wife,[redacted], is very happy with our service. We don’t understand why thosecomplaints came from. Hi, We sent two crews three times at least to adjust doors and drawers and adding shoe molding  as they requested. The owner has never told me that we made water leak till now and there are lots of construction in this house too. We dont understand if we break the water line, why didnt he...

call me ?  We heard one of crew they hired damaged their doors on purpose because they are very picky.  To install handles is not our part of job and he did not pay it when he ordered kitchen cabinets. I told him we just dont have schedule to install handles which is very reasonable as most customer install their handles by themselves. So this is not concerning a complaint. Her wife came by order handles and picked a few days ago. She did not even mention about water leak either. So they even dont know who made water leak. We sent crews to fix many times and our company owner went to their houses to resolve all problems two times till they were happy then paid balance after that. The only reason they complained is because we dont have schedule to install handle and that is not our responsibility to do it. Please let me know if you have question. Thanks Bin  H [redacted]B C Kitchen & Bath LLC
