On June 30, 2014 [redacted]. ordered approximately 25 pizzas from Michaelangelos located at 630 W. Corbett Ave Swansboro, NC 28584 for staff and developmentally/physically handicap individuals. When the pizza arrived and staff and individual attempted to eat the pizzas the crust was burnt and hard. [redacted], Director of Human Resources at [redacted] immediately notified Michaelangelos the pizza was not consumable. The assistant manager issued a full credit for [redacted]., and said they would make record of the credit. On September 3, 2014 [redacted] contacted Michaelangelos pizza to request the use of [redacted]'s credit on file. A gentleman named [redacted] said he could only issue a credit for 5 pizzas, and that his assistant manager did not have authorization to issue [redacted] a full credit.Desired SettlementFull credit for pizzas order. On June 30, 2014 [redacted] offered to have the pizzas picked up for a refund, but the store manager issued full credit for new order of pizza instead.
