Review: Requesting refund of: $765 security deposit, $765 first months rent, $30 application fee.I have not moved in yet because the landlord has a 10 day delinquent shut off notice for the water and sewer bill. Therefore I can not get service on in my name. Also, there is trash in the yard from clean out of the previous tenant. Also, the landlord advised of a one time move in lawn care and it has not been done and the grass is very tall. Also,there is still large furniture in the house 2 t.v's,a couch and a dresser that needs removed. Also, a mildew smell. Myself and my children have been inconvenienced and placed in a terrible situation. I had to pay my current landlord rent for September because the new landlord has not complied. I want a full refund by September 5,2014 Friday. I called, emailed and texted and spoke to the landlord about this situation and still no action.Desired Settlement: $1560 total$765 security deposit$765 first months rent$30 application feeI would request additional for the inconvenience and etc but I just want out of this. This is a horrible start to a new process and not very professional.
