Steeltoes Dance Studio

My daughter has attended this dance studio for over 13 years. I have always paid on time and in advance majority of the time. Recently, the studio has chosen to ignore my complaints as a parent. They have since kicked my daughter out without just cause. They have made my life and my child’s very difficult. They have caused undue emotional harm to myself and daughter. This has been a very upsetting situation. They have refused to give me any money back and insist on asking for more money without cause. Management has refused to resolve any issues. Instead they keep threatening me. I am out of over $2,100 for a service that was not provided properly to my child. I have all the receipts and simply would like my money back especially since management has been beyond unprofessional.
