I'm very sorry, No manufacturer of mattresses will take care of any mattress problems if here are any visible stains. I'm very sorry but it must be due to health reasons. We did inspect mattress and this is what we found to be the case.

Review: on 5/15/15 I purchased [redacted] Trigger 10 sofa, [redacted] chair, [redacted] loveseat, and [redacted] ottoman. Fabric sheds onto clothing especially noticeable on dark clothing. The shedding onto clothing in fuzzy and metallic. Mark, from Steeples, said one of their employees sat on a sample piece of fabric and it did shed but this was not considered defective. I spoke to owner with no resolution. Then called the manufacturer, [redacted] Furniture of [redacted]. and spoke to Amy. She would send me a replacement cushion cover and I would send her one of mine to be tested. Have not received it todate. I told Amy that I wanted replacements. Her response was that she could not do that. I am wondering why I am working with the manufacturer and not Steeple Furniture. This has a 1 year warranty. I contacted Steeples and manufacturer on 2/4/16.Desired Settlement: Had originally wanted a replacement but have lost confidence in Steeples customer service. This has been a bigger problem then it should have been and I don't see their concern or desire to make this right.
Review: my friend is filing this complaint because I am blind I bought a queen mattress set in septber 2014 notices springs where through couples weeks after purchase and something is sticking out on the side of mattress they came and looked at it said there is a noticeable they said there was alight stain on it and they won't replace it I cant argue about it cause I cant see it when I got it immediately sheeted even if there is a stain what does that have to do with a bad mattress that they will rhrow away any way it is very un comfotable to sleep onDesired Settlement: new mattress
