In the interest of protecting Mr*** privacy, we will not post a copy of his signed credit application and authorization*** ***, General Manager of Fiat would be happy to meet with Mr** and provide a copy of the credit application and authorization Mr** signed when he was the in the Fiat store on 12/4/

Natorps came out to our home at their expense MULTIPLE ***es because they were never able to get it right. It took exactly year with terrible communication to get the correct gravel (rocks) even put in. To date, the irrigation we "paid" for still doesn't work properly. There is no way that we received 17K in plants, when all we have left is a few bushes and trees. Not to mention several were dead in the spring. I have attached pictures of the terrible plants, landscaping and irrigation, as well as the huge amount of weeds that grew in the island only a few days after the "fixed" our issue They have done nothing to resolve this issue, even after contacting the owner to let him know our concern, he told me he was not going to debate over this and immediately sent me to collections. I feel the customer service is poor as well as the management of our project. We are not accepting this answer and will continue to pursue legal action if necessary

The irrigation system is a temporary "Micro System" it like the plants requires maintenance. I offered to go over it this spring but since we decided on the $and clean break was unable to check it. The irrigation system just like the plant material was all guaranteed assuming proper care and timely payment of invoices

Like I've stated in my previous comments, I did sign other forms that may or may not allow Berglund to run my credit history. I was told my credit history would not be ran and the release form that was handed to me gave me the assurance that Berglund wouldn't do it until that particular release form is signed. The other forms were informational and I did not read the small prints that may gave Berglund permissions to run my credit history. I did not get copies of the other forms that I signed. Berglund can send those copies to my mailing address if desired - *** *** *** *** ** *** I will stand with my complaint because I was not told that my credit history will be inquired and the rudeness of the manager throughout this whole ordeal

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response given is definitely half truths.  What I was given was not a "customized report".  Everyone who goes through a car buying process will get a sheet with numbers dividing up monthly payments based on down payment and qualified rates.  I was never told my credit will be ran AND I was assure that it will not until I call and tell [redacted] (salesman) that I want to buy the car.  I am not making a complaint because I didn't get the deal that I want, stop making it seem that way.  I'm making this complaint because Berglund made a mistake or they been doing bad business practices that should stop.  I may have sign a form that let them ran my credit because I was fooled into it.  The form that I thought would authorize them to run my credit, I did not sign, and I still have a copy of that form.

Attached is a title inquiry showing Mr. [redacted] DMV was recorded with the state on 3/4/16 – title number [redacted].  The title will be held by [redacted] until Mr. [redacted] pays off his loan.  It shows the plate [redacted] was transferred to his Impreza – the tags will expire 11/30/2016.

Mr. ** came to our Fiat location and was interested in a specific vehicle. In the course of negotiations he was presented finance options based on our 90 day average credit rating.  We informed Mr. ** at that time that in order to offer alternative financing tailored to his individual...

circumstances,we would require his authorization to access his credit rating as most lenders structure their interest rates based on this information.Mr. **  completed and signed a customer credit application which we have. We then proceeded to present him with alternative finance options.We were unable to reach an agreement on the purchase price of the vehicle in question and Mr. ** left our dealership.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I apologize for the inconveniences and disappointments Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have experienced while working with Natorp’s.  We take great care, listening to our customers and then doing what we can to resolve the issue in a timely manner.  In the [redacted]s case we made multiple efforts,...

including on-site modifications, changing out the rocks and plants, and financial adjustments, to make the job satisfactory.  All of our plant material is guaranteed assuming normal care and timely payment of invoices. On April 15, 2016 Mr. [redacted] agreed to pay a discounted amount of $7,750 (original amount was approximately $17,000.00) with the condition that Natorp’s would be released of completing any future work at the [redacted] residence.   On May 12, 2016 Mr. [redacted] said we would receive payment by May 20, 2016.  No payment was received. On May 28, 2016, Mrs. [redacted] wrote and declined to pay the $7,750.00 that her husband agreed upon.  No payment has been received, to date, other than the $5,000.00 deposit made prior to the start of the project. We value the [redacted]s business as we do with all our customers, but I feel we have sufficiently attempted to resolve the issues they brought to our attention in a timely and professional manner.
