I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my matter my wife asked several times for a vehicle as she was stranded at the dealer ship and mike stated that they had no vehicles so yes my wife was forced into renting a car, we called and made an appointment for the recall and if they didn't have the right parts they should have made the appointment at a later date they knew exactly what needed replaced sounds like very poor management at its finest

To whom it may concern,5/12/2015Mr. Owens visited our service department on 4/29/2015 for a recall on his vehicle. This recallinvolved inspection and possible replacement of front seatbelt components. The customer's vehicle didqualify for seatbelt component replacement. At the point of verification...

of needed replacement, thevehicle was unable to be used due to concerns of safety in the event of a collision. At this point thecustomer was advised of the situation, and had agreed to leave the vehicle at the dealership until theordered parts arrived. The customer stated that during the time the vehicle was in the dealership theywould seek a rental vehicle through an outside company. Unfortunately the parts needed to repair thevehicle took approximately three days to arrive. The customer was given regular updates about thevehicles status while it was at the dealership and informed of the shipping concern. At no time was itmentioned to the dealership staff that the customer was looking for reimbursement of the rentalvehicle. We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer about their concerns, and are verywilling to refund the expense of the rental vehicle. As of this date we have been unsuccessful in makingcontact with the customer.[redacted]
