Review: I hired Stefanie S Adams Photography to be my wedding photographer for my June 14th, 2014 wedding. A contract was signed on January 17, 2013 for her products and services. A total amount of $[redacted] was paid in full for all services and products three months prior to the wedding. Stefanie and her husband were present on the day of the wedding and took the pictures. Weeks later, she posted them on an online portal for me to view. My husband and I also met with Stefanie in July to view the digital images in her office. After our meeting, I struggled to get a hold of her by both phone and email. Finally on October 3rd, 2014, I was able to place my order with her that she had verified by email that she received. Since October 3rd, 2014, I have received NO contact from her. I have emailed her, texted her, and called and left her numerous voicemails. Based on the signed contract, I have already paid for and have not received: Keepsake slideshow DVD of all images set to music with copyright release, a choice of 30 save the date cards or 30 wedding thank you cards with complimentary design services. $[redacted] certificate towards prints, (1) designed leather album, and (2) companion leather albums.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive all of the products and services that I have paid for per our signed contract agreement. This includes all of the listed items listed above, including the a written statement that I own the rights to all of the images. For any items that are not provided, I would like a full refund based on her Al a Carte pricing. In addition, if any additional legal services (I have already contacted an attorney) are needed, I would like reimbursed for the fees.

I have been contacted by Stefanie Adams Photography regarding complaint ID [redacted] and have received some of the items that she had owed me. However, I have not received all of the items and am still struggling to get into contact with her. This issue has not been resolved. Regards,[redacted]
