While I was pleased to see you chose Fred Haas Toyota Country to purchase your vehicle, I was disappointed to read of the issues you encountered after the purchase. Please know after speaking with our GM, Sales Manager and Make Ready Manager we are working hard to make sure your concerns are remedied as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the matter of customer satisfaction, It is my understanding while repairs are performed you were provided with alternate transportationAfter checking status, the repairs to your vehicle will be ready and completed this afternoon

my initial request was not fulfilled, I asked for a written letter of apology from Clint, the pre owned sales manager, and from Fred Haas, what you sent me was a half cocked letter, blaming me for your unethical and unprofessional work ethics In addition I did not get anything from Fred Haas I also stated I would sit down face to face with Fred Haas, and that wasn't completed either You are unethical and unprofessional with everything you do, you even lie in your Revdex.com responses

signed by you.  The dealer did not sign your signature on said contracts. By signing these agreements you are confirming and understand its content.   The disclosure informs the customer they have the right to finance through their own financial resources or they [redacted] choose to go through a lender contracted by the Dealership.  You chose the dealer.  The Dealer reserves the rights to transfer the contract to another lender.
