I am rejecting this response because:1. A professional Does NOT use excuses of why they did not do their job properly or take the time to clarify any issues.2. An honest business does NOT attempt to hold a customer responsible for their screw-up. Obviously they have not used their website to see if it functions properly and allows proper product selection. If it worked I'd not need to send a picture.3. You do NOT complain that a customer protects himself from a perceived dishonest vendor by contacting a cc company to watch over the transaction and make sure fraudulent charges on the credit card.4. You have a means to facilitate prepaid return of material if it is incorrect or defective.I DO NOT want the items sent, and am more than willing to return them. All I need is a UPS prepaid number to send it back. If this had gone better I would simply send them back, but after the vendors comments and attitude, they will need to provide a means to pay for the return shipping. This could have gone much better if the vendor was initially more accomodating.
I have found the needed product elsewhere so the [redacted] stuff will sit until they decide to provide a means to return.

Review: Ordered product ... Sent a picture of the product to make sure correct product was ordered.Received incorrect part AFTER SENDING AN EXACT PICTURE OF WHAT I WANTED.Was told by [redacted] the owner, that they would send out correct part in 3-4 days after it was made.Checked on delivery 2 weeks later.They had not even started fabricating the correct part, furthermore [redacted] the owner then told me he was waiting for the incorrect part to be returned before he even began the fabrication. This was never discussed.This Company is a dishonest company , run by incompetent people. I will give them an F rating for there poor customer service, incompetence, and inability to satisfy a customer. AGAIN so we are clear an F rating. I would recommend them to anyone of my racing circleDesired Settlement: I would like this company to simply go out of business

There was some miscomucation in my company on sending this item to our customer. Do to the fact that there was a death in my family and I had to deal with everything that is involved with it. We did send the correct item to this customer ups 3 day air on our account with no additional charge for the item or freight charges. At this time we have not recieved the incorrect item back from this customer. Also this customer has put a stop on his credit card against my company. So he has recieved the correct item and still has the wrong item ; and dosent want to pay for anything !!!! We have explained the problem to the credit card company and hope to get this resolved. I am personally sory for our mishap but I believed we have recdefied this problem. WE have been in business since 1990 and I believed we never had a complaint like this !!!! I hope this will clear up our mishap. thanks [redacted]
