This claim was being handled by Guardsman which is
the insurance plan Mrs*** purchased back in October of
Mrs*** picked up her replacement parts
2-weeks agoShe never called Steger's to say that she was unhappy with
GuardsmanWe thought every thing was taken care of
I just called Mrs*** to see what I could do to correct the problem, that I just found out about todayI offered to either give her a full refund and piher furniture that she purchased 1/years ago or to allow her to re-select new, in stock furniture of equal value
Mrs*** decide to come later this week and re-select a different in stock sofa and chair
We at ***'s take great pride in protecting our year old reputation, but it is difficult when we are not informed that there is a problem
