We would like to send the [redacted] 's a catalog with a printed color chart on the back to make sure that the color on the back of the catalog is the one they want , if so we can try to make some paint to match the colorplease let us know what you want to do

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The owner's response makes little sense as he is fully aware his company rep and the contractor met at our residence in early June so he has all the information on fileHis rep not only knows the installation date but left our residence assuring us he would follow up through the contractor (he would not give us his contact information, he stated company policy) at the end of the summer.Rep never followed through on his promise. If the owner reached out us as he states on three separate occasions, that's nice but why hasn't he even attempted to rectify the problem with his product? Response from their tech support/owner was to clean the surface with muriatic acid and seal the concrete with his recommended sealer which we did....it looks worse.They have offered NO resolution to our situation......their only response from both the reps and the owner has been and I quote "Yes, we had a problem with the printed color charts and we threw them all away".....but obviously they didn't throw away enough of them.....Lastly, the contractor did apply the proper color as labeled by Stegmeier and brought the original applied batch with color number to the meeting, so he did his part
