My wife and I decided to file for bankruptcy in March 2015 other than me calling their offices twice about things on the bankruptcy I haven't bothered him much at all cuz I still wasn't paid in full they told me they wouldn't do nothing anyways until I was paid in full we signed an agreement letter with them too stating this it also was for them to handle our bankruptcy it took me 3 years to pay them I only owe them $35 which I thought I paid them in full but even so nobody got back to me to let me know that I only owe $35 I called them finally to find out why they weren't getting in touch with me took several phone calls to get a hold of Lauren we were playing it tag with the phone calls instead of leaving me messages or anything like that that's all it was was it Tech you call me I call her finally one day I called and they turn me into her paralegal her and her paralegal said that she was on vacation for 2 weeks they said also that was more things we had to do which they never told me in the beginning anyways anyways in July of 2017 I paid them $600 password no phone calls and going through a lot of nonsense for their paralegal I decided to ask for a refund and the paralegal told me I'd have to ask somebody about that couple days later I called Misses steindl how about it she told me if you're doing a refund we will give you a refund she also told me that we don't need your money we got all the money we need so she told me after Lauren comes back from vacation and after we check our records by our accountant we will give you a refund call Lauren after her vacation and she says we're going to give you a refund for $335 that was the court cost they took the rest of the thousand dollars and put it in their pocket and made all these little documentation so what they did they charge me $ $350 alone to talk to Misses steindl I bet you the conversation lasted 5 minutes between two phone calls maybe 10 minutes these people basically robbed my wife and I we were being sued they didn't care matter fact Lauren when I told her while she ain't going to give me my full refund then I want you to file my bankruptcy and she said no we are not doing anything for you I turned them into the bar association so far they don't seem to want to do anything for me so now I am going to the Revdex.com and I am fine with another Bureau in the city of Pittsburgh over my money my wife and I are on a fixed income we barely make ends meet as it is and these people are taking money for doing nothing they told me that in the beginning they would not do nothing so I'm being charged $1,000 for them doing nothing I wonder what they would really charge for doing something I am very unhappy with this firm and I feel that most people should look for a different firm to look for unless this problem is resolved I will keep going to any extensions to get my money back from the firm especially when we signed an agreement letter and they were supposed to take care of my bankruptcy for me and they refused this is not the first time that Lauren land has had problems with clients if you look on the Revdex.com there's already at least one complaint there

I heard steinlen Steinberg to do a bankruptcy 3 years ago I went to see the Lauren and beaver office Peter $500 up front $200 of falling here and a third year I paid $600 and then three years called them twice with questions when I finally paid them the 600 I called them quite a few times will learn to be exact when we played if tag couldn't get hold of each other finally she goes on vacation for 2 weeks and they turn me into her paralegal I believe it is talked to her once she refused to talk to me at all anymore got me in touch with Misses steidl she I told her that you people weren't doing anything for me and I would like a refund back she said to me well we'll have to see about a refund what we did for you will get an accountant and will look into it she also told me if you're if you're required to get a refund we will give you your full refund we don't want your money we have all the money we need so she said we'll have to wait till Tuesday when Lauren comes back from her vacation to see what we owe you talk to Lauren on Tuesday after her vacation she says we're going to give you $335 back they didn't do nothing for me I just paid them $600 three weeks before this came to this how to receive my $335 check and I received the itemized list on what they did for me apparently it looks like they spent an hour or two hours of their time on me that means they took $1,000 of my money and kept it for a woman that told me we don't need your money we have no use for your money they sure kept it all this is not the first complaint that I've seen on Lauren so please beware these people are thieves

I am writing to put in a complaint that I met with Lauren in early April 2016. I sent her an email requesting additional information on April 10th. I heard nothing back. I sent two other emails and left several phone messages for a call back between April 20th and June 6th and I STILL have heard absolutely nothing. I am still getting my wages garnished illegally and I told her I had the money together and paperwork needed. Her refusal in contacting me back has resulted in even more of wage garnishments and has put a huge damper on my income that I am already struggling with. It took a lot of courage to do this, and I would expect to be contacted promptly. I requested that she send me information for the website of the class I need to do online and heard nothing. I have been ready to file for a month and a half and have heard NOTHING. I guess I will have to go somewhere else which is not something that I want to do. Filing bankruptcy is nerve wracking enough, but without the support promised by an attorney it is that much more difficult. I feel tremendously stressed and hopeless and I feel neglected entirely. Trying to get in contact with her for nearly two months is absolutely unacceptable!
