Hi,We dont have this order on our records, or this chargeThe only current way to order these watch pins is either thru calling us at [redacted] or emailing us at [redacted] Our website isnt processing orders and the credit card wont be chargedIf the customer cant show us proof that he was actually charged for these watch pins then we will either refund him or send him these pinsWe currently dont have his order on our recordsPlease let us know if yoi need any other information.Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:
I have confirmation receipts from their website,er # including the dates, order #'s and my customer #'s which I indicated in my written complaint. The monies was paid through my visa card, and subtracted from my account. The so-called contact # to order from rings into an answering machine. I would like the pins delivered, as I cant find anywhere else to purchase them from.
