I haven't had Stel Builders do any work for me yet (don't own a home), but I have seen their work and have been thoroughly impressed I know Seth in a professional capacity and have noticed that he truly loves what he does and always shows up on time He does a wonderful job explaining the entire building process and does his best to stay within budget I would recommend him to any of my friends or family members who are in need of improvements on their home

I feel we got lucky when we found Stel Builders to do our remodel/ addition. I can say with much relief that Stel Builders reshaped our home into one we are very happy to live in. Stel Builders is a team that cared about our family and at every turn wanted us to be happy with the results. Seth, the architect and owner, listened to the problems and needs we had to overcome then designed a plan for our home and patiently explained it to us. We were included in the design process and felt we had some control over the outcome. [redacted], the senior project manager, made sure it all got done right. He let us know what was happening every week so we could manage our lives around it. When things happened that you can’t plan for like rain in San Diego during the framing of our addition, [redacted] was there for us. Every tradesman that came to our house was hardworking and knowledgeable. When all was done and we shook hands I was only sad to see them go. My husband, of course, was not that sappy. He was very happy to have a quite house, well, as quite as it can be with 3 girls.

To anyone out there who is considering a remodel or an add on, you owe it to yourself to call Stel Builders. We had quite an extensive 2 story add on/partial remodel and I was a little skeptical that all would go as Seth said it would. Besides, what else could he say anyway?". Well, I am happy to admit that I was pleasantly surprised and wrong in my initial negative thinking. But then, haven't we all heard those horror stories of remodels gone awry? We are extremely happy with the results of their workmanship and professionalism. They did exactly as promised and when promised and were neat and clean in their work. Don't hesitate to call them for a consultation, you will be glad you did. They are the best, we have no complaints and absolutely love our remodel/addition as well as the design. It's beautiful & Seth is the best.
