I saw a car they had listed on Car Guru, no picture. The car sounded perfect, so I contacted them to get more information. I'm an out of State buyer, so would need picked up at the airport, this was reported to not be an issue. The dealership began with wanting documentation filled out and money put into their account for the car. I asked if they were asking for full payment or a deposit, which I never received an answer to. I had informed them I would not pay for an auto without seeing it, but did understand a deposit. I purchased an airline ticket after seeing three pics and was congratulated on this transaction. I hadn't paid for the car, but did obtain the loan and was just waiting to get down to Florida. The ad was without pics for 24 days, due to the car being in service. 3 days before my flight, the dealership posted pics online, instead of to me first (as reported would happen), and then they demanded a "non-refundable" deposit and the forms be faxed to them. This happened mid day, I explained that I would not be able to do either until the following day, which would leave the car being held for one day on the lot. After purchasing airline tickets, hotel room, faxing my ID and insurance card, obtaining the loan, and their congrats on the transaction would have allowed for the car to sit for one day; especially since it was being "serviced" for 24 days. Their continued pushy behavior, mixed signals, and avoidance of certain questions left me with some major doubts. I had already expressed that I would bring the forms filled out and would sign it in front of them, so as to both speed up the transaction and allow for verification that I was the signing it. The only request I was making was to be have the car held for what would have amounted to one day, un-deposited, after this long process of getting everything to line up. The dealership reported that they it would "be unfair to everyone that works here" to do that. I'm not sure how that was the case, with the duration of time it spent at "service". Be warned that the dealership does not answer all your questions, this allows them to say they never said anything even though they move on with the transaction giving you the impression everything is on track. If you live in the area, it maybe different as you do not have to trust them as much to make the deal go through. If you are outside the area, they prefer to get paid the full amount just from pictures and prefer to ship the car to you. Out of state, wouldn't recommend this dealer....In area, I would be cautious. They get seemingly good vehicles, but their customer service may make you question it.
