My client, Stellar Blue Technologies, received written correspondence from your agency dated March 10,2014, relating to the above-referenced matter. As you may recall, I represent Stellar Blue.

Stellar Blue is an award-winning company that has never had any Revdex.com complaints filed against it in it's history. Stellar Blue is an organization comprised of dedicated, creative, committed professionals
which focuses on providing clients with cutting edge innovative web designs, sites, tools, programs and applications, among other services and products. They have an outstanding reputation in their field
and are committed to maintaining excellence in all of their professional endeavors. They have a great respect for the Revdex.com.

I have reviewed the further response made by [redacted]. It is most unfortunate that this issue remains unresolved. As I am sure you understand, upon review of all the documentation
that was provided to you previously, the customer involved in this matter entered into a valid and binding legal contract with Stellar Blue. The terms of that contract clearly defined what services
would be rendered on behalf of the customer. Stellar Blue maintains that all the services which were outlined in the contract were complied with in a timely fashion. They further maintain that
what the customer is actually seeking, at this juncture, is further work from Stellar Blue that is outside of the scope of the services that were specifically delineated in the contract. This was
previously explained to the customer and was additionally addressed in our former response to this complaint.

The customer now asserts that Stellar Blue failed to respond to his "agent," whom he apparently retained well after the completion of the contract to address his concerns with Stellar
Blue and whom he admits is not a licensed attorney. As I explained in my previous correspondence, this "agent" is a 3rd party, who was not a party to the original contract and whom
has no legal authority to now attempt to involve herself in an apparent and unfortunate contract dispute.

While Stellar Blue certainly is disappointed that this customer is making allegations of breach of contract, they stand behind the services they rendered to the customer. They have attempted to discuss,
with the customer, the issues which he has presented, to no avail. They cannot now deal with third parties that were not privy to the original contract negotiated between Stellar Blue and the customer.

If there is any further issues that you wish to address, again, I request that those be made through myself, as legal counsel on behalf of Stellar Blue. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Very Truly yours,

Revdex.com:
I have...

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The following is in response to Ms. Thompson’s  letter and affidavit.
1. At no time did [redacted] represent herself as an attorney. She’s an agent and the owner of The Plains Agency, a firm specializing in intellectual property. She made this clear in the multiple messages left and the one detailed conversation she had with [redacted].
2. Anyone can file a complaint with the Revdex.com. You do not have to be an attorney to do so.
3. When concerns were raised, and if there was any confusion by Stellar Blue as to the ability for Ms. [redacted] to act on my behalf, they could have given me a call. No call, letter or email was ever made to me by anyone at Stellar Blue.
4. It seems odd the contract they’ve attached to our complaint is an unexecuted copy by either myself or an officer of Stellar Blue.
5. Stellar Blue refused to accept the certified letter sent to them. The [redacted] returned the letter marked as Refused.
None of the responses outlined in Ms. [redacted] affidavit address Stellar Blue’s non-response - and continued non-response to the concerns raised beginning in the late fall of 2013. This matter could have been resolved in an equitable manner had they simply given Ms. [redacted], or myself, the courtesy of a return call. The fact they did not solidifies in my mind their poor performance and inability to execute the site they were contracted to build. I believe it was when Ms. [redacted] stated we had gone out with an RFP for an app extension in her one conversation with Mr. [redacted], Stellar realized their build would be put through a review by multiple firms and why we received radio silence.
Only when we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com did we receive a response. I continue to request a full refund of the money I’ve remitted to Stellar Blue as they have made no effort to respond to the concerns raised.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
