Same situation here This company has to be the worst we've dealt with We have called 10-times at least in the last two or three weeks with no callbacks We've left several emails as well and still no responseLast year I went through this but finally got a hold of a real person She told me they had received all of my calls and messages But still they never called me back How a church is supposed to function when they can't get support with their software is beyond me
We always call back. Usually, it is because their voice mail box is full, or the phone rings and rings. Our policy is to return all calls within 2 hours. These types of post can hurt a business. Surprised as we are a Christian company, supposedly dealing with Christians.
Our church has tried to contact this company several times to in the last two months with no success.
What is going on with them?
Do they not want our business anymore?
Extremely poor customer service.
We purchased a software program from them in 2005 and it is in great need of updating. We can't update it according to their online instructions because the program itself is to old. Therefore, we need their assistance which it appears we can't get.
Will have to purchase new software from somewhere else.
