Review: At 0621 on October 19, 2013 I purchased a 24" Black 4 Roll Luggage suitcase to travel with to Hawaii that costs $90.09 from this company. I was traveling from Washington-Dulles airport to Honolulu, Hawaii on military orders and had a little extra weight in my luggage. I had to take 11 lbs of clothing out of one of my current suitcases to meet the airport requirements and I loaded the 11 lbs from that suitcase to the one that I purchased from this company. As I was finished loading the new suitcase I lifted it up and the metal strap on the top snapped. I was running short on time so I went ahead and checked the suitcase and proceeded on with my travel. On the way I stopped back to the store and let the cashier know about the suitcase and the gentleman said it wasn't his suitcase and I needed to deal with the company directly. I was appalled! I am requesting a full refund of my $90.09 for this suitcase that cannot hold 11 lbs and that I am only going to get one time use out of. This a complete waste of my money. The gentleman absolutely needs to work on his customer service skills.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of $90.09. I have my receipt for verification of purchase.
