Hired Steller (so I thought) and thats what all the paperwork stated when I signed 10/20/2014 they stated that I had to pay up front for the year.
I researched the company and read the bio and I thought that I had finally receive a great lawn service. WHY DO I RECEIVE SERVICE FROM SERVICE SMART???
We do not live in FL full time and every time I came back I had to call them due to the yard looked a mess. The main part of the bad service is the trim & weed program.
Called every time I came home due to the trimming had not been done. Called several times and finally had a manager come out and was very unprofessional. I finally canceled my service 6/4/15 and requested to have a call back from a supervisor.
6/9/15 still no call back from a supervisor as requested. ALL I REQUEST IS A REFUND FOR THE REMAINDER OF SERVICE AS STATED ON THE CONTRACT.
