Mr. [redacted] did purchase product from our company. He purchased an American manufactured Sconce on 1/5/2016. Mr. [redacted] received his fixture on 1/28/2016. Mr. [redacted] did send us an email on...

1/29/2016 stating he had a stripped screw and would we send him a replacement screw or two. Unfortunately this email was missed. He resent us a email on 2/16/2016 we received it right away and responded promptly. Replacement screws were sent to Mr. [redacted] on 2/17/2016. 
We had apologized to Mr. [redacted] for missing his first communication with us.
 
I am a little bit concerned about the accuracy of Mr. [redacted]’s complaint.
 
In the Customers Complaint Mr. [redacted] states he placed the order the week of 1/18/2016. When the order was actually placed on 1/5/2016. But then below in Complaint Background, he states the order was placed on 12/4/2015 and he talked to our Company on 1/25/2016. Again the order was not placed until 1/5/2016 and it was not delivered to him until 1/28/2016. And then yes he did contact us on 1/29/2016 and 2/16/2016. But he never called us, only communicated thru email.
 
Customer Satisfaction is one of our primary concerns. Again , Our sincere apologizes for missing the first correspondence. Once that was noticed we took care of the customer promptly.
