Please note that we have had this company perform tinting service on over six vehicles for us over the course of five years without issue. Also important to note, the Legal Disclaimer/Liability Wavier was not signed for this service (attached). Date of service for the original tinting of driver, passenger and windshield strip tint of our 2020 Mercedes GLC 63 was 5/30/2020. Vehicle was brought back for owner to redo tint due to imperfections on 6/6/2020 - which was completed and the date the problem occurred (i.e. owner hit right passenger side mirror frame with the heat gun). Later that afternoon we noticed it had bubbled up and immediately called the shop without answer, later noted the shop had closed early. We brought the vehicle back to his shop the very next business morning (6/8/2020) where we showed him what had happened, he accepted responsibility of the damage and discussed protocol (we were to get the damage repaired and bring him the receipt for reimbursement). This is exactly what occurred on 6/13/2020 and 6/20/2020. Also important to note was that we got three estimates for the repair and went with the vendor with the lowest price. Receipt was presented to owner, Joseph H, on 6/20/2020 and we were asked to return on 6/22/2020 for the reimbursement, as he didn't have cash on premise. Upon return on 6/22/2020, Associate advised owner had stepped out and telephoned him where we were asked to send an email, in which we would receive a waiver for to sign and next steps - which was completed that afternoon (attached). Suddenly we were redirected to an unsigned Disclaimer/Liability Wavier and an apology for the confusion. Please advise as we followed all necessary steps as discussed.

I got my windows tinted with them on a 2019 ford st that I bought 5 months ago. Overall everyone was nice and professional. I upgraded to the better tint and paid more then $100 more then the cheaper window tint. I paid and was about to leave Unfortunately there was a bubble on the driver window before I left completely and they fixed right away. That made me check the rest of the windows and discovered a pretty nasty scratch on the inside colunn on the driver side back door. Of course they denied it but the manager Joe offered me the windshield tint at half off. (Normally $150.) And said that I shouldn't be so uptight and anal about my car and that that it was just a car. Tint looks good but the scratch is deep. They did not offer anyway to fix it except covering with clear tape.
