Stem Cell Solutions NW

In July 2019 I had stem cell injections in both knees. On the initial exam, I was quoted (In writing at my request) one price. On the day of the injections, I was advised that they had mis-quoted me and asked for an additional $500. It has been over three months and I don't know if the injections will do anything. Jason B at Stem Cell Solutions told me personally that he would work with my insurance company. I have been advised several times now that they're not getting anywhere with Jason in getting the information they need. I have asked that Jason send ME the records so that I can send them to the insurance company. That got me nowhere. After reading the only other review, I'm wondering now if I got stem cells at all!

So is it a legal contract?After my second Appointment, for 10 days, I felt like I had beenchopping, splitting and stacking firewood 24/7. All my joints were stiff, tiredand painful. Cause ? *(New, just figured out 1-22-19), that I had been givenmy second IV injection in two months (1 0-1 0-18) and not three months asinstructed in paperwork.I am deeply dissatisfied with your patient education, front and backoffice communication, accounting practices, ethics, lies and stone wallingby not replying to Q & A's of Oct 10, 2018. A RUSE is ever present. I get awell-ness call 11-28-18 to discuss my progress. Next I ask how manyappointments are involved in my treatment (still not told). Nogood-by's, no paper work, No Lab work was involved in cultivating IHarvesting I growing Stem Cells from my body. Lowest grade Stem Cellcount was used (orientation info.) Am I angry? You bet.
