Correct Toes product of which we are a re-seller for. Please see the Sep 05 file.  We gave information based on the information we received from the Correct Toes company and directed him to the Correct Toes manufacturer website for further information. On September 22nd, the customer contacted my marketing manager through an affiliate link, regarding us producing shoes in larger sizes.  He mentioned that he was considering Correct Toes and my colleague directed him to the manufacturers website.  Her reply was the same day.  Please see attached file.Our next contact with this customer was when we received a review from him was on November 1st, where he left a complaint that we had not responded to his emails.  As we had not received any except this final email, we contacted the customer so that we could locate the emails he claimed to have sent as we were concerned that we may have an issue in our system and we would like to be able to better asist him with the full information.  Please see November 1st emailCustomer called on friday 4th November and left a voicemail.  We returned his call within 1 business day and left a voicemail message for him to call or email my direct email so that we could resolve this matter for him.  I have attempted to attach a screenshot of our customer call log with his phone number.  At no time did the customer mention the Toesox product and we directed him to the manufacturer for further information and responded to him in a timely manner.
