After trying testosterone therapy, I prepaid for a years worth of treatment (pellets) over the phone in February I had severe side effects and am unable to continue with the therapy at this time at the recommendation of their doctor and a doctor outside their clinic (that I saw at their request to verify)I was told that they would process a refund but that they are backed up on refunds so I'd need to wait weeksI called again after weeks and was informed that they would need a letter from another doctor to verify and process the refund and now I am no longer welcome inside their business because I said if I had to get the letter I would wait personally for a refundI disputed this transaction with my credit card, unsuccessfully as they submitted the receipt I signed when I return to their office in May (mind you, I paid over the phone so I was unaware at the time they charged my card that it said no refunds, etc)
