I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Stemar has not responded to us or made any contact with our insurance company.  Both our insurance company contacts (James Dettry and Peter VanRiper) and we have attempted to contact Stemar for the last 2 weeks without a return call.   There has been no attempt on Stemar's part to resolve this issue.  As far as we know, Stemar has not contacted CSLB about the material and building standards claim either.    We will be following up with CSLB next week to see what we can do on that end as well.   We have found that Stemar has NOT paid one of his Subcontractors : Powell and Associates. Part of our initial $30K payment to Stemar was to pay Powell $5,525.   Stemar has completely ignored any and all attempts to resolve. ].

In an email from Mrs. [redacted] to Powell & Associates they were instructed to contact only the homeowners (Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]).Enclosed is a detailed scope of work and invoice of services rendered by Stemar Restoration. All work completed is subject to warranty.
