I have had the same experience as the three customer complaints on your site I redeem the trial and had up to thirty days to return it, within days they hard put through two more payments of $and the same day another for and as of this date December 12, have not received any further productI went to my bank and they are checking into it but I als put a stop payment on any further payments

I answer customer survey in return of free gift with some kind of very small price, only to put the credit card number, soon I received package with cream and serums for symbolic price as much as $3.99, but after that my card was charged xfor sums ***, can not communicate with company to return the products

I think the product in itself might be a fairly good one, but the marketing method is totally deceiving
I will be returning the product today and have instructed my bank/*** to not put through any more payments to Stemoderma/Precision Total Fulfillment"I did pay $for S & H and that was acceptable
Please continue to let people know this is a less than honest business

I am having a bad experience with Stemologica/Beautemer right now, back in August they offered me a free sample of their facial product, with me only paying for the postage of $5.95 so I had to give my credit # to do so, since then I have not received anything from them and they have been taking out money from my account first in August 17 2015 was $5.95 then on same day another withdrawal of $ 5.99 then on September 4 $189.97and again on September 8 $179.87 and on October 5 $109.87, currently my bank is looking into to it but I am afraid they might not be able to help me I phone Stemologica/Beautemer with no satisfaction.
