Not true with this dealership...we honestly felt the racial impact after we closed a dealA week after we closed a deal on a car the car would not even start and we hadn't even made a payment yet so wanted to unwind the deal since the bank told us it was up to the dealership and James in finance completely lied about trying to get us our down payment check before we closed the deal...but the most shocking to us was the general manager Johnson, I have the conversation and would love everyone to hear itThis man Johnson was so brutal and condescending to my husband maybe because of my husbands thick accent he thought he could humiliate usWe have never been treated so badAs business owners we do what ever it takes to make our customers happy and even with the most difficult customers we have always found a way to meet their needsLooking forward to see what we can do legally

Do NOT buy a used vehicle here. The only helpful person in the whole place has been Dawn. She has called and done what she could to make the situation right but to no avail. Spent 25k that's right 25 THOUSAND DOLLARS on a used SUV, now 3 months and not even an oil change later I have had to return the vehicle 3 times for front and rear U joints, a tire balance, and now they are telling me the squealing I've been hearing is the rear rotors and brake pads are bad. Place is a complete Joke. Claimed since the car passed inspection, (which I cant imagine how since I was also told the noise was from the tires that were too worn and dry rotting) that Id have to pay $700 for OEM replacement rotors and pads. If you want the complete runaround and BS excuses to not fix the problems, then this is the place to go. If you want straight forward honest people then go elsewhere. To be told that dry rotted tires and bad break rotors and pads within 90 days of purchasing the vehicle but that the vehicle passed inspection is a Joke.
