Dear [redacted] ***, Thank you for taking the time to notify us of a customer concern about our business We are familiar with this Resident and nature of her request The owners of Current at the Banks Apartment Community transitioned from Bell Partners to Village Green Management Company on October 14, As a result, there was a change in computer software containing resident account information The customer did, in fact, contact our office on or about 12/22/to inquire about the return of her security depositShe vacated her apartment on October 10, I was not able to give her an answer when I spoke to her over the phone and told her I would look into the matter I contacted the previous management company, Bell Partners, and received the following response on January 6th: ***, I have attached her FAS as well as her complete ledgerShe owed a balanceThank you, [redacted] Operations Manager Attached is a copy of the FAS (Final Account Statement) Proper procedure at the time of move-out is to send a copy of the FAS to the forwarding address We assume a copy of the FAS was sent to the customer The address on the statement is: [redacted] which was obtained, I believe, at the time of move-out Upon further looking in this matter, it appears that the customer owes the property a balance of $ This amount includes $in final utility bills and $in carpet damages from her 10lb Pomeranian pet, less her $security deposit which was applied toward her balance For your convenience, I have also attached pictures of the carpet damage We will also follow up with correspondence to the customer’s forwarding address Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions Sincerely, Current at the Banks Property Manager

A $check was sent directly to Ms*** on 1/ I called her to apologize and let her know that she is welcome to call me with any questions She did not answer, so I left her a message *** ***Area Director***

Company on October 14, 2016.  As a result, there was a change in computer software containing resident account information.   The customer did, in fact, contact our office on or about 12/22/16 to inquire about the return of her security deposit. She vacated her apartment on October 10, 2016. I was not able to give her an answer when I spoke to her over the phone and told her I would look into the matter.  I contacted the previous management company, Bell Partners, and received the following response on January 6th:   [redacted], I have attached her FAS as well as her complete ledger. An additional $20 is being sent to the resident due to the error and delay on our behalf.
