Step N Style

Review: Purchased a pair of shoes from this store. Once I got the shoes home to wear I put them on and the left shoes was stretched out and the stones were detached from the shoe near the buckle. When I returned to the store with the shoe the worker accused me of breaking the shoe myself. I did not want money back for the shoes I only wanted another shoe that was not broken. Of all the shoes in the store the soles are poorly put together. When I showed the other shoes to the sales associate he told me there was nothing wrong with them when. Lear with the naked eye the shoes are coming apart near the sole. He did not give me any money back nor exchange the shoes for a wearable pair. He was rude and condescending. The only place that says no refund or exchange in on the receipt after you've already purchased and they do not inform you of that information before you purchase their products.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the shoes and receive a full refund of my purchase if they can not provide me a pair of shoes that are not broken or coming apart.
