Step One Health Agency Veterans Pkwy Columbus , GA 02/06/ RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] - [redacted] In reference to Case # [redacted] , the student’s file has been accessed in order to determine the verification of student’s financial status, course completion, and eligibility for becoming nationally certified The student file shows that she did receive course completion status and paid the funds totaling $ Students are provided with a means of contacting for student records and furthering their educational pursuits Step One Health Agency also includes an available number for contacting for appointments, and this number can be found on the front door of the building as well as listed with telephone and business directories The student was also provided with a way to contact the lab supervisor in reference to obtain national exam information (this was provided before and during clinical, and has remained the same) Step One Health Agency is often closed during holidays and during the day, except for appointments, and is open for classes in the evening Contacting a representative was not to be difficult for the student, as attending the course also provides the student with the best methods and points of contact On 2/4/14, Mrs [redacted] was contacted by Ms [redacted] regarding this issue and Mrs [redacted] reminded the student of these important factors Mrs [redacted] also informed the student that the school has remained open, and any notices of “closed” on the door were in reference to the office being closed, and were accompanied by a notice with information for scheduling an appointment Ms [redacted] was aware of this, and problems with contacting the office could have also been resolved by sending mail to the known address to provide us with her updated contact information Mrs [redacted] also informed Ms [redacted] of her eligibility to take the national exam, and reminded her that it is not mandatory for her to take the national exam (as her course completion status is still valid).Step One Health Agency

Students are provided with a means of contacting for student records and furthering their educational pursuits.  Step One Health Agency also includes an available number for contacting for appointments, and this number can be found on the front door of the building as well as listed with telephone and business directories.  The student was also provided with a way to contact the lab supervisor in reference to obtain national exam information (this was provided before and during clinical, and has remained the same).
