After I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com and Revdex.com contacted Step Zero, I got a call from *** ***, one of the owners of Step Zero the next day (Jan8, 2016) He said I should have called him before filing the complaintI reminded him I had called several times over the past year and had got no resultsHe said he was sending by certified mail a Cashier's Check refunding what I had paid Step ZeroI received that check around 10:A.Mon JanI am satisfied with the results and thank Revdex.com for your helpI wish to withdraw my complaint about Step ZeroThanks!

Regarding this client. We have had an offer for him for since 2015 he has choose not to accept the offer. He has also never called us since 2016 and we thought this was resolved. He wants to get out of a contract he went into with someone else and wants us to go after the other party which is not...

what Step Zero does. He hired us to get him out of a contract that he signed with the another party and it is his responsibility to get with that person to decide who will pay that amount. We have talked to client today to remind him he has an offer that he can take to be out all together and he was very mean and kept telling me I was stupid and in multiple occasions was very racist regarding the situation. We are refunding client once he sends us a letter stating he wants to cancel and no longer proceed. We do not have to offer refund since he has an offer and there is no guarantee.

The comments that were made to us we would not make up and we are not trying to get out of anything. We have had this client offers to get out of his timeshare and he refuses to take the offers. It is his responsibility to get with other party that he signed contract with and decide who will be paying the fee to get out of this timeshare. It is not Step Zero's responsibility. We have not heard from this client for years and he never signed the settlement so there is no way he could have thought he was out. The only way this client would have been out is if he signed the offer and accepted which he did not. We are going to refund client the $2500 that he has paid but need client to call us back so we can get the letter from him required to send refund out. I have left 4 messages for him to call me back so I can get this letter and get the refund out to him.

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not agree with the business response.  I am not racist and her alleging so is ridiculous. What I was trying to explain was that the sales staff was extremely difficult to understand. I feel she is trying to get out of doing anything for me so she is writing false statements. I did let her know how I felt about things but that was my opinion. I did not cuss at her and I absolutely did not call anyone stupid. In their response to your office it states they will refund me and the next sentence says they will not offer a refund.  I am out $5,000.00 over this ordeal to get out of my timeshare. I only received one offer and I told [redacted] it was not acceptable. I would never recommend this business to anyone.  The reason so much time had gone by was because I thought they had taken care of everything  and I learned otherwise recently when I received a call stating I owed money. I want them to provide the service that I paid them for. I do not feel my $2,500.00 was used properly as they have not done one thing for me.  I am 100% only concerned about getting myself out of this problem and I do not care about [redacted]. All the monies up to this date have come from my account and [redacted] has paid zero and I can prove it.  The owner’s of the timeshare need t o go after [redacted], not me. I do not owe $4,000. If they  cannot or will not provide the service they were paid for I expect to receive a refund.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
