I recently leased a Ford truck and had it serviced at Marin County Ford in Novato a could weeks later I received a message about that car on my personal cell phone When I called back, [redacted] from the sales department wanted to buy the car When I complained to the service manager, he said, "call your congressman", we can call whom ever we wantI believe that it was very intrusive to "cold call" clients about an issue not related to their service issue

It is easy to see why they have a D- scoreIt should be an F They can not be trusted Was told everything was a good with my purchaseI showed up from out of town and was dropped offAt that point I was told all good and let my ride go homeNothing from then on went as promisedFelt I was trapped with a crappy deal and no way homeI would never recommend this dealer and its staff to anyone You can tell when they are going to miss lead you, they have opened their mouth They should be ashamed of their practices
I went to Marin County Ford On April 1, got approved for a carI went to *** to get a inspection so I could drive for ***I was told that my tires cause me to fail inspectionI went to *** *** in Richmond CA, On May 1, for another inspection and was told the tires were less than 50%I contact the sales person ***, and told him that the tires were no good*** told me he would talk with the managerThe manager, *** told him if I buy the tires they would put them on freeWhen I drive the car I can tell that something didn't feel right with the brakes, so I took my car to a auto repair shop and paid $for another inspectionAll four tires are bad, the front/back brakes, front/back rotors, and the car need a wheel alignmentI look on the *** forms that was given to me by Marin Ford and it stated on March 21, the tires and brakes were checkIf that was so, why so many problems came up when I had the car inspectedI believe Marin County Ford
I am buying a leased vehicle at the end of the lease My lease contract specifically states that there is no purchase option fee This dealer initiated the purchase process and then attempted to apply a $"acquisition fee" at the last minute I terminated the process, made complaints to both the dealer and Ford Credit and am pursuing the purchase through my credit union
