Moreover, there is no mention of it on her website, unless she has recently changed her website? In any event, [redacted] .com has a one year refund policy? Moreover, ***.com keeps sales receipts for two years after the sale for returns/refunds? It is common to have refunds after a purchases? In fact, this case would merit a refund more since I don't hold anything tangible from her company? Instead, it is a service I haven't received for completely defensible reasons? That policy is there to exploit unsuspecting customers? Companies that value customers don't take money from clients without explaining the refund policy of a product you don't own tangibly to then assert there are no refunds months later unless the goal is to exploit the consumer.I have attached paperwork to support my claims of the refund policy not being discussed Regards, [redacted] ***

The complainant purchased the photography session in December in After several phone calls and email correspondence with my company in regards to our services, where he was told on the telephone that sessions are non-refundable, he opted to still purchases the gift for a female friend. We
reached out to the recipient to set up service time and were unable to achieve contactContact was made to Mr*** in mid-January to inquire as to why we had not heard from either party, this was our attempt to schedule the services for use; it wasn't until August of 2016, months later, that Mr*** reached out to us asking for a refundWe reiterated that sessions are non refundable but are eligible to be re-gifted or utilized by Mr*** himself.His argument for requesting a refund is that the recipient did not like the giftBarring just not liking the gift, the refund was requested months later, far exceeding any traditional business return policy.
