troubleshoot the "Battery operated Quad" not a jeep and if it was not fixable, we would accommodate you. The Quad was troubleshooted and the battery was replaced therefore, there is no need for a refund. Again, we apologize that you still weren't pleased but, we went above and beyond and remedied the issue. We don't issue a refund unless the product isn't fixable or replaceable with equal or greater value in product.
