As a goodwill gesture, I offered to give [redacted] a significantly better deal than what the competitive dealer offered her on a new [redacted] Unfortunately, the amount she wanted for her trade was too high, therefore, we could not sell her a new *** [redacted] Victor B [redacted] General Manager

The customer has been contacted; the vehicle is being taken care of for necessary repair to the problem to make the customer happy
