Bradley, I have reviewed the complaint below with the property manager and she does not have any record that Mr [redacted] reached out to her via e-mail or that he called to disputeMr [redacted] had signed an agreement to have the carpet cleaning deducted from his security deposit upon his surrender of the unitSince that was the case this cost for carpet cleaning was deducted according to the agreement he had madeSince we did not hear of his complaint until receiving your letter we were unaware of Mr***’s displeasureWe of course feel justified in deducting the amount as it was agreed in writing however we desire to have all tenants have a pleasant experience so we will refund the amount that Mr [redacted] is disputingThank you and have a great day!

the unit. Since that was the case this cost for carpet cleaning was deducted according to the agreement he had made. Since we did not hear of his complaint until receiving your letter we were unaware of Mr. [redacted]’s displeasure.
