We started working on my husband adopting my daughter back in 2010. And here we are 3 YEARS LATER, it is till not finalized! All the proper paperwork has been done and every time we get a court date either the lawyer or judge cancels it. And this has gone on for the past 3 years! We are military so we have moved to our new base and came back to finish the finalization june 1-july 13th , 2013 and our court date has been cancelled yet again! This should have been done long ago and it is not done! I just want to get a refund so we can go somewhere else to finally get this all settled!
